Privacy contact
The club lists info@fczaanstad.nl as its contact address. Use the email link for a privacy enquiry and share only what is necessary. The form on this development website is a local test and does not yet deliver messages to the club.
What the website processes
The local web server processes technical connection information, such as your IP address, requested page and time. A retention period for local server logs has not yet been defined. The website uses no analytics, advertising trackers, externally hosted fonts or automatically loaded social players.
Contact form
The form requests your name, email address, topic, department and message. We use these details only to respond to your message. The content is not stored in the website database; it is delivered to the club by email and kept there for as long as handling your request requires. For spam protection, the website keeps a hashed network identifier for at most one minute and the form uses a security token.
The form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3. When you submit it, Google assesses whether the submission comes from a human, based on technical characteristics of your browser and your interaction with the page (such as IP address, browser details and mouse or keyboard behaviour). Google processes data for this purpose, possibly on servers outside the EU. The Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. The reCAPTCHA script is only loaded on pages that contain the contact form. If you prefer not to use it, email us directly at info@fczaanstad.nl.

Cookies and preferences
The fcz_privacy cookie stores your choice for 180 days. If you allow it, fcz_theme remembers your selected light or dark theme for up to one year. Withdraw permission to remember the theme through Cookie settings. The choice cookie remains so the website can respect your refusal. The cookie notice provides more detail.
External links and media
Club videos open on YouTube. Route, press, partner and social links only open the selected external website when you click them. Those providers then process information under their own policies. Choices on this website do not control their websites.
Club photographs and people
Photographs, player names, shirt numbers and staff details come from supplied club material. The project owner approved use of the official logo and club photographs. Current rosters and partner arrangements require club review before publication outside this local preview. Contact the club about an error or objection.
Your requests
You can request access, correction or deletion of information relating to you, and withdraw consent you previously gave. How a request can be fulfilled depends on the processing. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority. Withdrawing the saved theme preference takes effect directly through Cookie settings.
Before public launch
This notice describes the local development environment. The responsible organisation and contact person, legal bases, production hosting, processors, retention periods and request procedure must be established before launch. This delivery does not configure external production email delivery or public hosting.
